Zando poor service

I placed an order on the 29 Nov By the 12th of Dec I havent received it yet. I cancelled the order. My money still hasnt been refunded. I was told that it will take another 7 days.

So while my money is in their bank account I must just UNDERSTAND that it is the process. More than s month to get refunded!!?
