ZANDO!!! PATHETIC SERVICES - DO NOT SUPPORT!!!!

Placed an order 05 May 2024. Received part order. Then received a request to pay duty taxes which I was not informed about on the app. All monies have been paid yet the item is outstanding - 11 June 2024. I called support for help - they cannot advise who is responsible for the delay. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!
