Zando Pathetic Service

DISSAPOINTED FIRST TIME BUYER!

I placed an order on the 18th October 2019, received notification that my order will be delivered soon, I received half my order on the 22nd. I phoned Zando on the 23rd to inform them my order was incomplete, they then said they will deliver the rest of it the following day, on the 24th. Still i did not receive anything and there was no communication from them.

I again phoned on Friday, the 25th to follow up, was to told my query has been escalated and they will phone me on Saturday to confirm when my order will be delivered. I did not receive a call from them as promised, i am still following up with no clear answer as to what happened to my order and when it will be delivered.

These are items i fully paid, their service is pathetic. With such service i do not think i will ever buy from them again!!
