Zando pathetic!!

Very dissapointed with the service i got and still get from Zando.Package not delivered on date and then sent a lot of emails.No response.Called yesterday after my package was delivered but I did not receive it.I got no feedback just that Moeghamad signed for it.Phoned again today 5 times.They are solving the problem but I can see from the reviews that I will most likely not get my package or money back. I don’t understand how they could deliver a package to someone with no ID or relation to me.I will never order anything from them again!Very very dissapointed!!
