Zando outrageous pricing vs quality

I always preferred buying from Zando as compared to their counterpart Spree because of their excellent customer service, or so I thought. But I purchased an ALL ABOUT EVE ISHKA CROCHET DETAIL DRESS WHITE which was originally priced R1099 for a discounted price of R629, it was delivered on the 31st of Jan 2018. I wore it for the 1st time beginning of March, hand wash it thereafter and it got ruined beyond repair. I sent an email after trying to review it on their APP, (which was not published because it needs their approval), stating my dissatisfaction and a reply from a Porchia Worship requesting photos came through, I sent snapshots. 2 weeks later nothing, I sent a follow up, a question followed asking how I washed the garment. My 1st complain stated after 1st hand wash. I'm still awaiting the satisfying response from Zando and by the look of things it seems like it's going to take forever, I hope for the opposite though.
