Zando orders not received, no answer at their so called call Centre

I had ordered stuff off zando on the 5th December, it’s now the 21st and I have still not received anything. So I tried calling them and too my utter shock 20min on the line and no answer on their so called customer care number. I then sent an email to the zando complaints email address and they responded saying that I had been upgraded to express delivery and would receive my package in two business days.. two business days have passed and gone and still no package. There is still no answer on there customer contact Centre. I will obviously never order from them again!!!
