Zando order !

Ordered a product 9 days ago ...because of a anniversary this past weekend, did not receive the product yet and the website still says processing your order.. phoned the customer number 12 times, nobody answered after hours of holding , emailed the complaints department and customer care and nobody answered, I don't know where my order is or how long this will take , but Zando cannot be compared to Takealot and Superbalist, I will never ever buy from you guys again!!! Beware people
