zando order ***

received my zando order ********** 48 this morning (it is a watch that i bought as a gift for someone) opened the zando box it came in to find that the branded box that the watch comes in is torn and dirty opened the watch box to find that the watch is USED!!!! the leather straps are worn and stained the glass face is full of scratches and scuff-marks the rear of the face is also scratched and full of scuff-marks so offended that zando would actually sell me a watch that was worn, for an extended period, and then returned to them by the previous owner! sies :( i have phoned and also sent two emails since this morning (right after i received the package) to request they collect and return the watch and that they REFUND my credit card with the full amount but 4 hours later still NO FEEDBACK from anyone at zando no apology no confirmation that the watch will be collected for return nothing very very upset
