Zando online takes your money

I placed an order on the 4th April 2020. The payment went off my account and then the order was cancelled ON THEIR SIDE saying payment unsuccessful (this is the SECOND time they have done this)!! It is now working days later and i am still waiting for my refund, after numerous emails. As soon as that refund has come through i am deleting my profile and i recommend that nobody uses that site!!
