Zando online store is now ****!

Pathetic service , I placed an order for sneakers, after payment and all they let me know the next day they have no stock. I got my refund as a store credit. Bought some items on black Friday. I get emails everyday but my order has not been dispatched and its more than their recommended 5 working day procedure. I am really disgusted with their lack of care .Their landline rings to voicemail.I am still waiting for my order. Please do not buy on their online store . The service is really bad.
