ZANDO ONLINE STORE COMESHIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND DELIVERS ZERO

i have never received such ****ty services, the orange/yellow and black online store, Zando, they come highly recommended and they deliver nothing, absolutely nothing. I bought Items on 28/11/2019, spent over R500 on them and they still have not delivered my parcel. I contatced them and spoke to "consultant" ( i know her name and i will not mention it cause i know the entire blame will be pushed to her now just cause the company failed me as a customer they will look for someone to blame who said I quote " inoba awucacelanga undimamela" loose translation " you are not interested in listening" i was very calm, did not shout at all but i was made to feel like im doing something wrong in following up on my order, like I am an interruption. I do not blame consultant cause it's the only thing she said that she was not supposed to say to a paying and returning customer that she said. But I c=get her totally, I mean if the company you working for is constantly failing customer and customers are constantly calling in to complain, you develop a certain s**** where you are always on defense mode. She told me she sent an email to the courier company and they will on deliver on 09/12/2019, which is quite funny cause i bought stuff from another online store today and as per email, they will deliver on 09/12/2019. Does it make sense that an order made on 28/11/2019 is delivered on the same day as the order done on 06/12/2019.

If i ever buy from Zando just know im really under some Zando spell cause its not the first time that Zando does this, I bought items while pregnant for my unborn baby- her first outfit and the items were only delivered later and may baby was already born ( totally did not serve the purpose of you ask me) I bought hair using my boyfriends account from them in 2018 April, was attending a friends 21st birthday, came late and I had to go to e style in cape town CBD to do my hair.

I dont get why you take so long to deliver, I am in cape town CBD, Zando is in Woodstock guys. I am even considerring cancelling the order.
