Zando - Online Shopping

I opened a Zando account a few days ago and placed an order, however when I went to check out one of the items was sold out therefore when I found a replacement and went to check out my coupon code as a first time user was no longer valid :(... Well this is when customer service came to the rescue, I didn't even know that they did this, but a gentleman from customer care gave me a call and mentioned that they saw the payment didn't go through and could he help me. Long story short he gave me a new coupon code,placed the order on my behalf and I got my order within 3 days! #WIN
