Zando online is a joke

My niece recently bought some clothing items online through Zando for her little one on the 23th of May already a month still those items have not been delivered. Problem there is not communication from them only yesterday I sent them an email and they told me they will respond with 2 days still waiting for their reply. They are completely *********** and always full of excuses, went through their Facebook and Instagram page hundreds of people are complaining about the same thing. It is very defficult to get a response when you have an enquiry about your order. They even claim they still waiting for the amount confirmation but the money was deducted from our accounts so we are done with them we will NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN.

By the time they decide to put their acts together and send those items they won’t even fit the baby defeats the whole purpose.
