Zando not paying refund! Appalling customer service!!

I ordered items from Zando and paid for them via instant eft. The payment went off my bank account but zando cancelled my order saying the payment was unsuccessful.

It's been 2 weeks of sending proof of payment and one email after the other and still no refund. It takes customer care nearly a week to reply to my various emails and their response shows lack of interest.

Customer service is apalling!!! To not keep a person updated on the progress of a query and also the tardiness in which they handle queries is absolutely shocking. I will NEVER shop on Zando ever again! And I will be sure to warn friends and family to stay away!
