Zando not my fav anymore.

I am abit disappointed by Zando I received my order on Friday and I am trying to log a return but the order is still showing as out for delivery please arrange a collection and refund asap for the jacket, I am not happy with the quality for amount that was paid and the process for collection states two to five working day for everything and seventy-two hours for refund plus no help for weekend if the order was changed to delivered I would have log a return on Friday.
