Zando not delivering, service deplorable

I placed an order on the 27th of September and thought the order would be delivered in a couple of days, i didn't receive anything, i then sent an email to find out where my order is and when the expected delivery date will be, this is after i had tried to call their customer contact centre and was holding for close to an hour with no response, i then received an email from Zando indicating that my order would be delivered on Friday the 7th of December, Friday came and left and didn't receive anything, i then called Zando on Monday the 10th of December and was told my parcel hasn't even left the warehouse, i'm going on leave and don't think i will get my parcel, this was my first time buying from Zando and i will never buy from them again,
