Zando not delivering orders - Pathetic

I have olaced an order with zando on 11/12/2018. Right after I placed the order I informed them that it was a g Christmas gift and that I am going on leave today. I received an email from Zando on 18/12/2018 indicating that my order is out with the courier but I have still not received anything. (When I ordered they said 5 business days, which is long gone) This morning (21/12/2018) I receive the exact same email indicating that my order is with the courier. So when was it actually sent to the courier Zando and will i reveive mh order today? I have tried to email you and send you facebook messenges. I have been on hold for hours For you call centre. This is the worst service I have ever received and I think you guys are pathetic. It seems like you experienced the same problems last year. Please would you reply to one of my numerous emails and let me know what the actual status of my package is.
