Zando not delivering

Zando has failed to deliver my order placed on the 13th of December. Called them and they promised to escalate for delivery but nothing and also called Dawn wing and they said the order was out on delivery that day. To date the order has not reached my hands. Zando has the worst service ever especially when it comes to delivery. This is the second time I’m having issues with them.
