Zando not a **** but slow in delivery

I want to apologize to Zando for referring to them as a **** in the rating published 7 Dec 2018, 19:34. Yes, my order was delayed from 25th of Nov to 11th Dec 2018, however, the order was eventually delivered which means it's not a ****. The truth remains that their delivery is extremely slow.
