Zando non delivery

Hy I made an order on Zando on the 25th of November and I was told that I would receive my package in 5 to 7 days. It's now over two weeks and my package still hasn't been delivered. I have called them several times and they dont seem to have any solution to the problem I'm very disappointed since I needed the package before a wedding day I was supposed to attend and due to this I was unable to. What a waste of money because I no longer have use for the products. You people are pathetic and you should just close the damn business since you know nothing about good customer service. I'm Disgusted.
