Zando Non!

So 1 Dec 2017 I bought some slops from Zando. When I received them I decided one of the pairs wasn't what I wanted and started the return procedure which should take 3 - 5 working days. They said they'd send a courier to pick them up. That didn't happen. I called them 8 days later and again they said they'd send someone. Again that didn't happen. 13 December I emailed them and got no reply. I emailed them again on the 19 and got no reply. I then called them again 2018-01-08. They apologized and promised to send someone that day. Nobody came again. Its now been 41 days and countless broken promised later and still I have the item that was to be returned!!! Maybe Spree is a better option for online purchases. #JustSaying...
