I placed an order on the 2nd of December but have not received my order yet! Today is the 17th.

This is now the umpteenth time that I have written emails but still no feedback re my order! I Phoned this morning and was on hold for 20 mins without an operator answering! While waiting for my called to be answered your recording states you are the biggest online shopping BLAH BLAH BLAH........ No use being the biggest with such negative reviews which in fact makes you nothing but a small fry.

This has been the worst service ever from ZANDO and I will never AND I SAY NEVER EVER SHOP AT ZANDO EVER AGAIN!!!!

I want this order delivered by close of business today! If it is not delivered by today I want my money back into my account TODAY!

If I could give you a minus 5 star I would.

Still hasn't arrived and it's now the 21st. Let's see if we can hold out till one month since I placed the order! Order placed 2nd December Common Zando you can delay a few more days, common you can do it!!!!

Still have not received this order that I placed on the 3rd of December. I have opened a case of theft against Zando as I have paid but have not delivered the goods.

Please advise me of.your legal department or who I can forward the police case number to.
