Zando - no customer care

Zando call center - no response to emails. Call the call center and you wait 10 minutes to have your call answered but the call drops before someone assists. Their delivery policy states 5 days to delivery... But my expected delivery date is 10 days after my order was placed. They continuously mention that you can track your order online but the tracking does not really help much. My email request number is 966420 (sent 7 December 2018), I called on 11 December 2018... no response.

I have no problem with the online segment of Zando but the customer care of service I can't say the same.
