Zando new Pondzi scheme with terrible tactics, i hated the day i did business with you

Ordered items on 30th November promised to deliver within 5 days , then change delivery date to 11th Dec, No sms no communication , we can only speak to automated call centre. I tried to reach to their CEO/MD Sascha Breuss and Grant Brown they dont respond. I also tried to reach to their parent group Jumia group no responds. The service is pathetic you pay so much money based on the trust that what ever you ordered would be delivered on time , some of us bought the products thinking it would be available as gifts to our loved once.

This is my last order i cant take it anymore, you cant run a business like you are running a Pondzi scheme respect for customer is important and communcation is a key for online business but unless if they are liquidated.
