ZANDO - Never again - worst service, no one is responding

ZANDO - Where do I start. It has been a week since I have placed my order on Zando, my order sho unsuccessful but yet the money went through my bank. To date I have sent 25 emails, left several messages on their online so called chat to us, I have even send messages on their Facebook messenger. Yesterday wrote a message like this one on their Facebook page, they removed it. I see a lot of people that has the same problem that I have. Did Zando take my money and ran off with it, they have absolutely no service delivery, nothing. You can't shout at someone as the lines are not working. What is going on ZANDO why are you taking our money???? When are you going to respond. The entire world is back in business they deliver, but you NOTHING? I want my ITEMS of MONEY BACK
