Zando needs service improvement

Breach in delivery SLA Ordered items on 16 September, several follow up and no feedback on my delivery.

E-commerce terms and conditions not met.Shein although an international company has faster lead time than Zando.Extremely poor service!!!

Still awaiting feedback and if you cancel your order then they force you to buy by not returning the cancelling amount as cash back in your bank account.
