Zando must make a Plando with worst service EVER

Placed my order ( ********** 58) and paid on 9th of June and was instructed that delivery will take place between 15 and 19th of June. It's been with the courier since the 20th of June. Still nothing delivered or notification of when to expect delivery. Only one contact number given on the website and emails, and no answer after numerous attempts and being put on hold for 10min at a time. No response or update when emailing to the service@zando email address.
