Zando must fall

I am actually very disappointed with the service that I got from Zando. I bought a Madison heel and was delivered on the 08/08/2019 I then wore the shoe once and then realised the shoe was big on the 12/08/2019 I logged a call to return the shoe. After days of following up they said I must send them pictures of the shoe which I did what a pathetic response I got that the shoe is not resalable so they can't accept it. Exactly what was I doing with the shoe I wonder???? money wasted cause I won't be able to wear that shoe. I am actually very disappointed and disgusted
