Zando MISSING with over R2000 of my money!! BE AWARE GUYS!!!!

I ordered shoes ages ago, Zando took my R2000 but I'm unable to reach them. I phoned numerous times, but I'm holding on for 30mins plus each time with no answer.

The replies are of no help either, no one comes back to me, and there is no progress online on where my purchase is?

This is unacceptable and totally ridiculous!!!!
