Zando making me sad

Hi

I have become so frustrated with Zando. I requested an item to be returned on the 29th of March. I was told it will be collected on Monday, that didn’t’ happen. Called last week wed and was told it will be collected on Thursday and that didn’t happen again.

I want to order the same shoe, different size for my son but am so disappointed with this poor service
