Zando lying and worst service ever

I will never order from them again. Im waiting now 11 days and still they are processing my order. They cannot give me an answer why. On the website they say 3 to 5 working days to delivery. I have requested the supervisors email and also dont receive it. They sent back an email saying they are busy with my cancellation. I never requested a cancellation?? I requested their supervisors email? I am ****ed
