Zando lies

I bought a pair of trainers which was too small.I only tried on one pair standing on a carpet as not to soil them and put them back in box as a return.Zando rejected the return saying I had worn them.I got the box back and showed my family and shoes are crisp as new.Their whole attitude was ''talk to the hand'' and it was my first time purchase so they lost this customer for life.May I add the trainers cost R1200 so a big loss for me
