Zando Late delivery hinders returns, not my problem.

Order number ********** 57 ordered and paid for immediately, delivery was 2 weeks late. Delivery came while we were out of the country, now returns is an issue. Please contact me as your customer support is extremely poor. Calling your support line is of no help either
