Zando late delivery

I have been soo frustrated with the poor service from Zando. Firstly it took more than 2 weeks to finalise a return and get store credit. Now I ordered something else and my order has been "In Process" since the 11th of Dec and its now the 18th Dec still in process!!!! I wanted to get my order delivered before I go on leave end of this week. Their service is pathetic shame I will never..ever order anything from them.
