ZANDO = ***

<p>I bought 3 items on black friday. today is the 13December. Have i received those items? NO! This was one of the worst experiences i've ever had online. ever. I have tried calling them and left on hold for hours. I have facebook messaged them which i received NO REPLY to. I have emailed them which unfortunately i received a reply to with zero information whatsoever. The woman that was suppose to "help me" was not even entirely sure where my package was herself and she asked me to confirm whether i received the package? </p> <p> </p> <p>So not only don't they reply but they also don't know where the packages are themselves or if you have even received it. </p> <p> </p> <p>Ofcourse days had gone by and nothing was done after i had emailed this woman from zando. I once again had to follow up and ONCE AGAIN she had no idea what the status of my package was. Later that day I recieved an email from zando that my package has been cancelled due to the fact that they had not received payment for it. </p> <p> </p> <p>So, not only are they *********** and lend me on for weeks without any information they have also UPGRADED to theives. That money came off my account and I have statements to prove it. </p> <p>I can't deal. This is the worst worst service i've ever received. beyond ***!</p> <p> </p> <p>DO NOT BUY FROM ZANDO. THEY WILL ***** YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME! </p>
