ZANDO is useless worst service ever.

Had the worst service from ZANDO, I bought a sneaker on the 2nd of Jan and the order was cancelled a day after the payment was made. Have been sending emails to their service department and all I get is machine generated responses. I am very annoyed by this and today a delivery was sent to my house and was told to pay again which I did not and the courier guy went back with the parcel. ZANDO is useless they say 3 day delivery but fail to deliver in time and still wanna charge me twice for something already paid for. I hope someone reading this and uses them doesn’t have the same ****py service I received, today is the 17th what have they been doing.
