Zando is useless shop at Takealot

Do yourself a favour, Use takealot stay away from Zando their whole system is *******.<br> <br> I was told my parcel will be delivered between 8am and 5pm today. I phoned Zando at 16:40 to confirm if it would still be delivered they said they said it would be delivered by 5 or maybe just after and that I can only phoneback after 5 to follow up if it is not delivered. After 5 it had not been delivered so I phoned Zando again and this time the customer assistant was helpful and said they however can not follow it up but gave me the number for the courier.<br> <br> I phoned the courier and they said the driver returned it to the warehouse because he ran out of time and that they had notified Zando who should have notified me.<br> <br> when I phoned Zando back they said that the only info they had said it should have been delivered today. No-one at Zando can actually help or knows what is going on. Unfortunately I did lose my temper with the customer assistant and I did not get his name but he did what he could. Unfortunately Zando's systems are completely useless and the other services (Takealot, wantitall and superbalist) are miles ahead and Zando is hopeless.
