Zando is useless

Zando has zero customer service they are so unprofessional and unavailable. I have been waiting for my refund for a month now I have sent countless emails but no feedback ,I always bought my shoes at Zando & I was always satisfied but the recent events make me question their ability to keep their promise ,I am extremely disappointed and angry
