Zando is useless

Tried purchasing items from Zando, followed all the instructions for payment, money leaves my account and paid to Zando, yet I receive an email saying my order has been cancelled. Called customer care to be told nothing can be done and that I need to prove that I have paid. Please don't support such an unreliable business. You will be disappointed.
