Zando is unreliable!

I recieved the worst service from Zando or rather received no service at all. I ordered items and paid for them on the 30th of November 2019. I needed to use them a week later. The items were never delivered. I started enquiring with them from the 7th of December 2019. I have had to replace the items since they were meant for an occasion. To this day I haven't received a response or a refund. Four more days to go and this order will be a month old and without a resolution. This is unacceptable.

I am really fed up!
