Zando is the worst online store with the worst customer service

Beyond shocked, frustrated and furious with the customer service of zando. You don't bother to answer emails, or Face book messages or post! I have been waiting for a response from you guys to 3 different queries... I see there are huge number of people who have also posted on your site with similar issues who have had no response who are in a an even more dire situation regarding there orders. I can't even imagine what the true scope of this FAIL really is. Absolutely unacceptable for a company of this stature to offer the lowest grade service possible. Spent a huge amount of money with this company and it means absolutely F All! Will never, and I mean never purchase through zando again. You should take a leaf out of Superbalists book. Never had any issues with them. Their customers service is tops. Wake up zando. In this climate you can't afford to be ****** bags. Sort your **** out! And answer my ****** queries.
