Zando is the worst online outlet

Never have I ever experienced pathetic service such as this.

09H24 - I receive message saying my items will be delivered today

13H15 - I contact the delivery guy (Vivicious) he says he is having issues but he will be with me shortly.

15H23 - I contact him again however this time I never managed to get hold of him

16H40 - I contacted Zando via their instant messaging platform only to be told they tried to deliver my package but I was not available.

Please guys dont make use of this shopping outlet. They will **** you over with your time and money.
