Zando is the worst ever!

Good day,

On 22 May 2018,I made a purchase from Zando and paid the same morning via eft as I was experiencing problems with their online payment platform.

Unfortunatel, I entered the wrong refence number.

On 23 May 2018, I received a reminder that my order was not paid for yet.

I sumitted the proof of payment 3 times and indicated that the wrong reference number was used but the order has been paid for.Yet, I still receive payment reminders every day at 6.30 every morning with threats that my order will be cancelled if not paid for.

Zando has not responded to any of my 6 emails I have sent and not credited my account nor refunded me.

I want my order supp**** or my cash refunded asap.

I do not want any more dealings with them and will take my business to another online retailer.

Zando is the worst!
