Zando is the worst

I hav recently bought from the online store. However the tops were not the correct size and i wanted to return it. I logged into my account and do not see returns as an option to my order. I then immediately emailed the so called customer service Thrice and am stil awaiting replies 2 weeks later.

This service is pathetic. I called r the customer hotline numerous times where nobody even answers the fone.

Your company really does not know what customer service is and i wil never recommend zando again. R800 down the drain all because of bad service.
