Zando is the biggest **** of a company

My order was placed on black Friday weekend and it never arrived. Upon my request it was cancelled and its been over a month and zando still hasn't returned my money.

I've called and emailed. Zando has to be the most pathetic and lowest class of an online company because if they can not handle a simple reversal what kimd of company are they?

Their customer serviceis so disgusting they should be ashamed as a whole.

What a joke.
