ZANDO IS THE BIGGEST ****

I had to return an item purchased and the communication was swift when they needed me to return the item. From then a refund that was meant to be received after 7 days is still pending after 3 months. According to their payment records they already paid me which is incorrect and I have shown them proof of this but they keep going around in circles. I suspect there may be internal ***** going on. Nevertheless this shouldn't be my problem. It was my first purchase and I will not be ever buying there again as the quality was even poor. There is no direct email address just an automated mailbox
