Zando is the best!

Thumbs up to Zando! I ordered a number of items a few weeks ago and as always their service was great. What happened however, is that I forgot to take the pair of earrings out of the box in which my items were sent to me. A few days later I returned a skirt I ordered because it was too big. I packed the skirt in the same box where I forgot my earrings and the courier collected the box. Only a few days later did I realise that I never took the earrings out of the box but as it cost only R39 I thought it was not worth the hassle to try and find my earrings at the Zando warehouse. Much to my surprise and delight, Zando called a few days later to say they found my earrings! Within a day the earrings were delivered to me. Wow Zando, thank you for going the extra mile for a simple pair of earrings of only R39!
