Zando Is terrible!!!

Zando is a terrible online shopping platform for my very first time ordering from them I would like to say their service is terrible. I placed an order with Zando on 09 January after placing my order I never received a confirmation email from them I am unable to track my order they have taken my money I have had no form of communication frm them whatsoever I have been trying to call the call centre since last week I have had no luck they do not answer I also sent a few mails to the service email address and I still have had no response zando has taken my money and i have no product!!! This is ridiculous I will be taking this matter further.
