Zando is *****ing our money!!

I ordered 10 items from Zando and only received 9 items. I took a Pic and immediately emailed them. Now 2 weeks, 4 emails and 2 calls later, I still haven't even received feedback nor a refund from this company. They effectually ****** me. The amount was only for about R150 but if they ***** R150 from all their customers then they wouldn't even need to sell anything to get paid! Horrible and disgusting service. Deducing from the reviews, it seems that they have done this countless times before! Someone needs to stop these *******!
