Zando is refusing to refund me.

I returned a Casio G Shock watch to Zando and they told me that my return was rejected due to the cardboard box being damaged. I told them to send me pics which they said they would but now the watch has been delivered back to me. They even told me that should I send this product back to them they would have to discard it. Nothing is wrong with the box, I just want my refund for a product that I do not want.
